Frequently Asked Questions
Find fast answers about factory-sealed Okrika bales, slot sharing, payment methods, and interstate waybill logistics.
We partner with established interstate logistics transport lines (e.g., Peace Mass Transit, Young Shall Grow, GIG Logistics, God Is Good, GUO, and regional motor park haulers). Your bales are securely strapped in waterproof sacks, delivered to the terminal in Lagos, and dispatched with an interstate waybill manifest.
Once waybilled, you will receive an SMS and email with your Waybill Manifest Number, driver phone number, and destination park pickup desk address. You can also monitor real-time updates via our Track Order page.
We accept Instant Direct Bank Transfer (reconciled through our corporate bank accounts), Paystack (Debit Cards, USSD, and Bank Transfer), and structured Wholesale Installment Plans.
Retailers can lock down bales at current prices by paying a structured initial deposit (e.g. 25% to 50%) and spreading the balance across weekly or monthly installments. Your selected bale is reserved in escrow at our central warehouse.
In accordance with strict wholesale safety regulations, orders purchased through savings schemes are dispatched once 100% of the plan total is completed.
Slot sharing allows boutique owners and retailers to co-purchase a single bale divided into equal portions (typically 5 or 10 slots). Once the target slot count is filled, our sorting desk unpacks the sealed bale, splits the garments proportionally across all grades, and dispatches each buyer's portion.
If all slots are not filled before the scheduled opening date, you can either rollover your booking to the next incoming container batch or request an immediate 100% wallet refund.

Yes. Full bales are dispatched with original factory wire straps and tamper-evident supplier seals. We never cut or skim garments from sealed bales before dispatch.
