1. Agreement & Platform Purpose
These Terms and Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Retailer", "Buyer", or "User") and TessyStores Wholesale. By creating an account, browsing our catalog, or purchasing wholesale inventory, you agree to abide by these terms in their entirety.
2. Wholesale Merchandise & Okrika Bale Grading
TessyStores operates as a direct-import wholesale clearinghouse. The following terms govern our inventory:
- Grading Integrity: We offer Creme and Grade A mint factory selections imported from Europe, the UK, and North America.
- Factory Strapping: Full bales are dispatched in original factory condition with industrial wire strapping and tamper-evident seals intact.
- Natural Wholesale Variance: In accordance with global secondhand trade standards, piece counts per bale are approximate estimates based on net weight (e.g., 45kg or 55kg). Slight variations in sizing ratios and garment models are natural characteristics of unpicked commercial bales.
3. Shared Bale Slot Program
Retailers purchasing through our Shared Bale Slot program acknowledge that:
- A shared bale is opened and split only after all designated slots (typically 5 or 10 slots) are fully booked and confirmed.
- Our trained warehouse quality controllers unpack and divide the garments proportionally across all grades to ensure fair, equitable distribution among co-buyers.
- If a target quota is not reached within the scheduled batch window, buyers may elect to rollover to the subsequent incoming container or receive a prompt 100% wallet refund.
4. Wholesale Installment & Savings Plans
To assist retailers in locking down inventory ahead of seasonal price spikes, TessyStores provides structured installment programs subject to the following rules:
- Inventory Allocation: An initial down-payment locks the designated bale at the agreed price point for the duration of the plan.
- Strict Delivery Lock: In accordance with wholesale risk protocols, bales and slots remain secured in our central warehouse escrow and will only be unlocked and dispatched upon receipt of 100% of the total plan amount.
- Plan Defaults: If payments lapse beyond the agreed grace period without prior extension from customer support, the reserved item may be returned to general inventory, and accrued balances credited to the retailer wallet subject to administrative restocking provisions.
5. Interstate Waybills, Motor Park Logistics & Inspection
Interstate delivery across Nigeria is conducted via verified commercial motor parks and transport companies:
- Waybill logistics fees are determined by destination state, LGA, and cargo weight.
- Upon delivery to the destination motor park, the buyer is responsible for inspecting the outer waterproof sack and tamper-evident strapping before signing the driver manifest.
- Any transit damage, missing strapping, or transit loss must be documented with photographic evidence and reported to TessyStores within 24 hours of arrival.
6. Payments, Cancellations & Governing Law
All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦). Direct bank transfers are confirmed upon bank clearance. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
